I've recently bought myself a CCTV system which has a DVR unit like this one;

Having searched the forum I've been able to find some useful information about it but have what will no doubt turn out to be a few questions.

 

The first is about the telnet access, I see a lot of people have asked about this but all of the advise I've read on default user and password don't seem to work for me. Has anyone cracked this one yet?

 

I have plans to integrate my system into my central media centre so I can view the cameras from any TV in the house. At the moment there is a work around in place but was hoping for a more stable solution and therefore wanted to have a poke around the OS to see what could be done.

 

More than happy to explain further but that may take us off topic a little.
