mod 0 Posted January 25, 2013 Hi folks, i really would appreciate some advice. I want to put some mics onto a cctv system for sound recording but not sure what i need. I have tried some cheap ones , but there is a lot of static/ background noise being picked up. the sound being recorded is coming into my house from next door who are making a real racket. the reason i'm hooking it to the CCTV is that ive been told i can then get long term recording capability from the DVR . Essentially i will be recording the sound coming through into my rooms. I appreciate there are different mics available so any advice you can give would great .
