Connecting Aver nano to TV

I'm looking for clarification.

 

I plan to place the Aver nano in the attic. I was going to use the TV out to hook up at TV monitor downstairs, by Aver -> BNC -> coax cable -> F connector -> TV

 

In another thread in June 2012, Groovyman stated:

"To connect the nano via Spot or TV Out you'll need a BNC Female to RCA Male Adaptor and connect to the composite input on the TV."

 

Any reason why my method won't work? Is it better to do BNC - coax - RCA - TV?
