DVR Remote Software 3.7, DVRLink.net and cold Pelco ??

I started this thread below and now I'm posing a new question.

I want to try a different version of remote software, one with Iris control, and has so far been elusive to me.

 

Can anyone point me to a download of DVR Remote Agent, ver 3.7

 

I can find references, but no SW, such as here;

Other than that, maybe a different remote SW that has features that include Iris open/close for Pelco.... anyone ?

 

Next question will be how to contact DVRLINK.net, all emails have bounced back.

 

I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT !!

 

And now my PTZ Pelco won't boot. I'm thinking temperature, it has been in the low teens here in sunny south Iowa. lol It goes through boot-up and zoom and swing, then in a few seconds powers off. It was working when I shut it off for some other maintenance 3-4 months ago. Ideas anyone ?
