How to find the DVR manufacturer and download firmware

Hi

 

I have a DVR with the manufacture name of "Biosis" and "KW3298H MAIN 090902 V1.2" on PCB. I tried but unable find the Biosis manufacturer site. I would like to update latest firmware and download other applications. But I dont know where to get it.

 

Please give me the steps if any one knows.

Can you send a photo of DVR ?

Most DVR are OEM from Asia country such as Korea ,Taiwan , China

I have an AXIO DVR, after spending a long time on Internet I found that the manufacturer is Dynacolor from Taiwan. I send them an e-mail but they never reply...

Here are some pictures with this DVR. It's made in Taiwan.

Mine doesn't start anymore. It stops at "DVR Loading..." Screen.

Is anything I can do? I tried to start with and without the HDD; with and without battery; clicking different buttons or combinations of buttons on the front panel. No results....
