How do I find the ddns of my Avtech ip camera, seems it is assigned one by default for remote viewing but I'm at a loss how to find it. My router only lists the lan ip address

I don't have an Avtech camera, but I'm pretty sure all IP cameras can only be assigned one IP. If you wish to view your camera from outside your LAN, it's essential that it be set as a static IP address. If you use a service provider that dynamically assigns your external IP address, you will also likely need to use a DDNS service.

Oh I think the penny just dropped stan, I thought the camera came with a pre-assigned DDNS which is what I was looking for, now I see I need to register the camera upon setup to get the DDNS. Thanks
