buzzmonkey 0 Posted February 4, 2013 Hi All, New here, trying to setup our new CCTV kit ( Samsung SRD-1650DC & Speed Dome SCP-2370 ) everything is going well, presets have been setup, groups and all the other settings have been set to how we require them. However, the autotracker is not functioning as we expected, when testing it (with one of the lads walking around our complex, the camera does absolutely nothing - and on the rare occasions it does start to track - it immediately loses them again. I have double and triple checked the settings within system and everything seems okay. Has anyone else experienced these issues? Many thanks in advanced, Hi, Normally , autotracking PTZ dome can follow only 1 person or object . You can use alarm function in the PTZ dome .
