Received wrong PSU, will it work?

Hi,

 

I ordered a Bosch UPA-2450-50 Power Supply for a Bosch Vez-400 Mini PTZ but I have been sent a Bosch UPA-2420-50 by mistake. My question is whether this PSU will power my PTZ with full operating capabilities or not?

 

 

UPA-2450-50 specs: Input 230 VAC, 50 Hz Output 24 VAC, 50 VA

UPA-2420-50 specs: Input 220-240 V, 50 Hz Output 24 V, 20 VA

 

User manual states: "The camera unit accepts 24 VAC power only. Do not connect 120 V OR 230 V to this camera!",

Power Requirements: Adaptor 24 VAC, 1A (2.5A with heater)

Power Consumption: 24 VAC, 850mA / 20W (without heater) 24 VAC, 2A / 43 W (with heater)

 

Will it work fully or should I return it?

Too light in VA (.833A or 833ma). With the heater, you need 2A or 2000ma.
