Fuzzyjets 0 Posted February 11, 2013 Hello, I have been having all sorts of problems with PTZ on my system. The system had been off since June until just recently. I have finally determined that PTZ must have failed due to a corrupted FW caused maybe by a power surge or lightning strike. I can check the RS-485 port with a VOM and I get voltage when I send a command, but I get no action on three different Pelco cams that worked before. So, does anyone have FW with the id., 7.10.08.67ENCUTCPM ?
