Hi all,

 

I got my hands on one of these units at a reasonable price, but put it away in a safe place until I got around to installing it at home. Problem is Ive lost the IR remote reciever and the unit doesnt seem to turn on without it.

 

If anyone knew of a work around or happened to have one of the receivers Id appreciate it.

Hello Dave,

 

it also works without IR receiver.

 

For power up, try pressing '+' and 'II' (pause button).
