Microphone pre-amp with Phantom power

Does anybody know of a 4 or 8 channel Microphone pre-amp with Phantom power that will give a line level output for a DVR. It needs to have 4/8 channels out as well. All the models I've sourced in the UK so far are out of stock.

 

Any leads would be gratefully accepted.

Thanks for the reply on this one. I've eventually sourced a Behringer ADA8000 which seems to fit the bill! It has 8 input channels with phantom power for balanced condenser mics and 8 line level ouputs for the DVR. It is normally used as a A/D converter for Digital Audio recorders but apparently by linking the Digital output to the Digital input it can be used as a analogue preamp. See the spec below:-
