Area and Sensitivity

Hi,

I have little problem. I need mark area where camera should detect a move. I have tried and now I'm confused. I mark areas where came should not detect aby move but I still get email with move detection

And how can I look what I mark ? Because I see only chessboard.

 

 

Second question is, with sensitivity do I need mark ? I don't wanna detect snow or rain

I have sd card inside camera, how can I download this picture (or movie - data) via the internet ?

When you mark areas in the grid, you should see the underlying image, so I'm guessing there's something wrong with your ActiveX-setup. You are using Internet Explorer, right?

Ok , I was turn off security and something gonna happen. Now I see something but, why it is screen from the the night in two place is the same ?

Yes, it's IE.

Does the live view from the camera work (if you press the Live tab)?

Yes, other windows (live view) works fine.

Only in this two is static.

Then I don't have any ideas what could be causing it. On my cameras (different model than yours) it works as expected.

One last thing to try, is to reset the camera to factory settings (using the physical reset button), and see if that changes anything.
