DVMRE Triplex 16CH password reset

Hello, I´ve a DVMRE Triplex CT 16CH version 5.73. It was working allright but from night to day I cant access the menu anymore.

 

The default password 3477 doesnt work, neither 8111 for factory defaults.

 

The only password that still works is the enter enter enter enter.

 

I´ve tried to upload the firmware again, but the IP address has changed. Now is 3.112.55.10 and if I try to send a ping, it doesnt reach it.
