TATA SKY Dish TV Clash With DVR

I have a TATA Sky connected to the HDMI port of My TV, And a H*neywe!! HD DVR-D connected to AV port of my TV.

Now my Problem is When I connect my DVR into the TV, TATA sky, gives pixelated pictures, with lagging and then signal loss, where as my DVR works fine, I tried switching off powersupply of cameras but of no use, as soon as DVR's Grounding touches AV port, TATA SKY Clashes.

 

Any Help would be appriciated

Use ground loop isolators.
