remote password problem

HI guys

I try access my webcam server via IE and it pops out the ID and PassWord window. i tried the code that i've entered in the remote authentication menu but is keeps blocked me "access denied invalid password"! I also tried to create a supervisor code with all the privillages and i also fails!Anyone that is familiar with the issue???Is there a setting i should fix?

create a user under, system configure, password setup, local account edit.

 

that is where i create all my users that login at other sites (via IE and multiview/client programs).

 

that should solve your problem.
