Olli1971 0 Posted March 24, 2013 Hallo, my name is Olli and i am from Germany. I hope I am right here, I have a big problem with AVTech VideoViewer. When I want to set the network of my 4-Channel-DVR I can´t find the icon "remote config". There ar only two icons: "Record Setting" and "Custom Setting". And it doesn´t matter if I do on XP or Windows 7, always the same Problem. I downloaded different versions of VideoViewer - the same problem! aibudo 0 Posted March 24, 2013 Have you setup the network and remote address info in the "address book" yet? Until you do that and connect to the dvr via that, you won't get the "remote config" button that you want. Dennis Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
