Happy with recorder and personal service

I am not a paid spokesperson for the company Security Camera Agent but felt compelled to tell everyone about the great Dahua recorder i purchased and the personalized prompt questions i got along the way to get this puppy working. Jeff, the owner is prompt to email and even call you with any issues you are having. It wasnt clear how to network the unit, and he was very patient taking me through the procedure, You may be able to buy a standalone dvr cheaper somewhere, but this internet operation is firstclass. If you are new to this...i guarantee you will have questions. JOHN
