pilotg2 0 Posted March 31, 2013 Hi, i'm having trouble logging into a Apollo HD 4 Channel 1TB H.264 and wondered if any of you guys knew where the problem may lie. I'm logging in via the web. The Webservice on the page loads so i've 'connected' to the DVR, but the login screen fails to loads. It just sits on a blank screen. Nor am i able to access the camera on my iPad via idmss. Both of the above methods usually work perfectly and i've had no problems logging in for the last year or so. Rebooting the DVR solves the problem, until it fails again after a day or so. dahomes555 0 Posted April 5, 2013 Sounds like it could be a firmware or hardware issue. Contact tech support from who you bought it from and see if they can send you an updated firmware. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
