Urgent Help Needed - Lost Password

Hi All,

 

Looking for some help that may save me a 450 mile drive tomorrow.

We have an Acti TCM-7411 Dome camera to which the password has either been lost or corrupted as the password we think it should be no longer works.

The camera is still working in that it is send still images to our ftp server on schedule but we cannot access the web interface.

The question is, does anyone know or have the skills to get around the missing password and reset the p/w or camera or even change the password?

I know it used to be possible to play with the CGI to get it to reveal the file system but this no longer works, can anyone think of anything that may save me a long drive?

And yes I have tried all the defaults and others we use!
