In need of mid range PTZ IP camera

I am looking for a mid range PTZ IP camera. It also needs to be PoE. Im not to concerned about excelent night vision but i need it to have decent picture quality. Any advice?

I like the Panasonic WV-SC384, it has a great picture and the menu is pretty easy to work thru. I think it is in the $1000 range, but I am sure you can find it for 10-15% less than that.
