Axis poe ?

If i buy an Axis camera that has poe is this connector included or you must buy that seperate? Its not saying really if u need to or not, so if i buy a 400$ camera its not included whats needed to get it up and running from the start?

Accessories included are listed on the datasheet for each camera series.

They do not include a midspan, or poe injector, with the camera. That must be purchased separately.

ah i see, thats very cheap then buy something like that extra should be included.

Most security installs include multipple cameras and run off of a multi-port PoE switch so Axis doesn't include the low-power PoE injectors and charge less for these cameras. If it's just one camera you don't need to buy an Axis PoE you could buy a cheapo from someone else for $10-15.
