astru_bale 0 Posted April 16, 2013 Hello to all, I joined this forum, because I have a problem I can not solve. I bought and installed a 4-channel DVR. The DVR works ok, but I can not see the cameras from mobile phones, I tried with android and iphone. No problem with Internet Explorer, both in LAN or over the Internet, but does not work with mobile phones, both by a local wifi lan connection, both by 3g or another internet connection. I have already installed many DVRs without any problems, but this DVR just will not work with mobile phones. The recommended application in the instruction manual is Meye, but I tried all versions of Android and iPhone, but does not work. The software says "Connect" ---> "Buffering" ---> "Time out" and restarts with "Connect". It could be a firmware problem dvr? Unfortunately I can not find the site of the manufacturer of this DVR, if anyone knows and can tell me his website, I try updating the firmware. In the user manual is his name: H.264 Network DVR On the box there is the label you see in the image attached. Thanks to those who can help me Astrubale this is a system info:
coolie11 0 Posted April 17, 2013 Did you use the TCP Port for the Mobile Phones?
astru_bale 0 Posted April 17, 2013 Yes, the port number is 34599, and this port on dvr is listening
coolie11 0 Posted April 17, 2013 Post a screenshot of the network setting page and your router port forwarding. Does the user account you are using have monitoring rights?
astru_bale 0 Posted April 17, 2013 this is screenshot of net config: this is a screenshot of the mobile service the problem is already present in LAN, via wifi. If you do not work in LAN, it is useless at the moment I care to run them through the Internet I use the admin account, the same that I use with clients internet explorer
coolie11 0 Posted April 17, 2013 Your configuration looks correct. Try reducing the Extra Stream, smoetimes the mobile phone bandwith can't negotiate the traffic properly. I have a couple of htese setup the same way with no issues
astru_bale 0 Posted April 17, 2013 Try reducing the Extra Stream, smoetimes the mobile phone bandwith can't negotiate the traffic properly. it's possible outside a home, by a 3g or dsl poor connection, but when is connect at lan home network, the bandwitch is 108Mbps for wifi, and 100Mbps that wired lan ...however the extra stream is already set to QCIF(176x174) with 1fps
