I am currently evaluating different brands of DVR by their experiences with these brands which are the pros and cons, examples as backup, remote connection of the web, Smart Phone applications for Android and iPhone. Software updates, technical support, warranty, image quality, PTZ controls and other specifications should check when buying. Currently buying a hybrid DVR is recommended yes or not. What is best operating system for these recorders Linux or one based Windows.

I have some doubts with this DVR AVER EH6216H is easy to program, if compared with the Dahua which has more functions.

Make copies on the DVD Writer is easy or complicated.

What is the resolution of the HMDI output _____?

What is the maximum capacity hard drive in TB_____?

That processor has this DVR.

What is the Extra Stream Internet CIF or _____?

What protocols are supported for PTZ, make Patterns and Tours. I do not see in the instructions the option for configuring (Data Bits, Stop Bits, Parity).

The monitoring software for Web is compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 8.

What are the pros and cons between these two DVR AVER EH6216H and DAHUA DVR1604HF-U
