Ken Layton 0 Posted April 30, 2013 This thread should help: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=27094&hilit=dvr+wall+mount Atlas Sound makes a "tilt out in-wall" cabinet that locks (model AWR2W). If your DVR has rack mount ears or has a rack mount kit for it, then you can use this cabinet. It gets built into the wall and it has vents. Here is a link to the specs of it: http://www.atlassound.com/Product/1146/1142/RACKS-CABINETS/TILTOUTS/AWR2W
toolman67 0 Posted July 13, 2013 hi one is only limited by ones' imagination ... I have hidden Dvr's behind the viewing monitor , the DVR mounts to the wall and the monitor mounts onto the dvr ... looks neat and difficult to find the dvr , unless u know where it was also hidden Dvr's inside a OLD CPU Box, I think its an ideal disguise as it blends in with the other office equipment, inside an old Tv cabinet , why in the world ..?, I dont know but done as per client request .... one other method can also be backing up data OFFSITE to another HDD in RAID config on the network that way if the DVR is stolen or there is a HDD failure then the data is always available OFF SITE .. THAT SAVED my bacon once ..!! use yure imagination , if fact this deserves a thread of it own.... regds Toolman67
