Cheap but reliable 8CH DVR

Let me start that i am on tight budget and i don't care how far technology went all i need is D1 DVR without any special features just static cameras, no PTZ etc needed.

 

Features it must have

• 1. Recording when motion detected only and constant recording option, motion detection should be good.
  
• 2. Time and date stamp every channel
  
• 3.a. Real time viewing of all 8 camera's while still recording.
  
• 3.b. Recording while watching replay from hard drive.
  
• 4. DVR must run server so i access online or from android APP or internet browser.
  
• 5. 7-15FPS on D1 (704 x 480) resolution on every channel even while recording 8 channels at same time.

that's about it.

 

Its my first system and i on very hard budget of $200-300 with or without hard drive whatever, Unless it can do miracles i not ready to pay more.
