ripek 0 Posted May 2, 2013 Hey guys, I have some problems here and I wish u could help me. We have a 16ch Dexon dvr here that has 7 cameras connected.The dvr is connected to the network and We use a software called NVMS 4.5 (I think) that has several programs like cumonitor to view live cameras and cuplayer to download and show the recorded videos from dvr,etc.It's running on windows 7,of course. unfortunately we don't have the CD for dvr. and here are the problems: 1- the videos that have been downloaded can't be played by any player or plugin, though they have .mp4 format. why is that? and apparently cuplayer doesn't have button to browse a file from pc. is there a better software for that. if possible free. 2- when I connected a LG LCD monitor to the dvr it showed blank !!! the dvr seems to work fine cause it transmits the videos to the software. 3- one of the PTZ cameras has a weird problem. when we rotate it, after several second it just goes back to a special position !!!
