Dahua DVR gDMSS lite help

I am trying to connect to my dahua Hybrid DVR via android.

 

When It connects I can not get a feed on channel 1-4, it only shows a black screen If I connect to a non vid feed I see the time stamp and a black screen.

If I change my vid input cable on the DVR to channel 5-8 I can see the feed on the phone.

Am I missing something?

 

It does the same thing on the apple software.

Make sure in the settings in encode you have video checked in the sub stream.
