habsfan 0 Posted May 3, 2013 Does anyone have either of these Avtechs? I'm looking for an indoor camera with audio and the AVN80x seems decent but I'm having trouble finding it though. I think there are 2 on amazon but it doesn't say. One person reviewed the 80x and another the 801 so no idea what they are selling. buellwinkle 0 Posted May 3, 2013 I have an avn80x, two way audio with built in speaker and mic, works as expected, avn801 does not have audio. Also check out the avn812 and avn813, they are WiFi and have speaker and mic. As large as AVTech is in China, they have no clue to distribute product in the U.S. market, so Amazon or eBay are your best bets. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
habsfan 0 Posted May 3, 2013 Thanks for the reply. I know they don't have IR, but an led instead so is the night quality OK, or would a small light be required. I'm thinking of putting this in a room that is approximately 15feet x 17feet. I know I'm not going to get fantastic quality at night but I wasn't sure how well a small led would actually work. GhostRider 0 Posted May 6, 2013 The avn801 has a mic so its 1 way audio. they all have i/o ports on the back so you can attach something like a ir light or led board via a relay/transistor switch so it comes on when the camera detects motion. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
