NO Live stream on Honeywell HD3MDIPX on web browser

Hi , does anyone has solution to the below issue? Thanks in advance.

 

1. Honeywell HD3MDIPX camera does nont stream live neither on Web Browser nor on Milestone XProtect Management Applications... on the similar pc HD3MDIHX is streaming ... i tried on my laptop and other PCs still no result.... OS is WIN 7..

try to view after changing ip, web, media ports.
