JayOwen 0 Posted May 8, 2013 Let me start off by saying thank you, you're input on to my install problems have been very helpful. I have another one for you, I've tried two DVR's with the same following error. when logging on remotely with the DVRClient and all networking correct and the right password I get "Failure to recieve user authentication". I can log on fine with mobile devices but not from the PC. I can however log on through the PC to the same identical DVR at another location. with the same configuration.
