omsrex 0 Posted May 11, 2013 hi everyone. I have been reading around quite a bit. I am looking to install new surveillance system, outdoor, to be able to identify faces. It seems that IP NVR system is the way to go. My question is what would you guys suggest? Is that the right system to go with or should another like analog be better? I just want a better overall system. I would also like to use a dedicated dvr and perhaps not a pc, unless that is better. I would like about 4-6 cameras. i would also like access it online when i am away from home. I can spend about $2000.
