HiVolt 0 Posted May 16, 2013 I picked up a bunch of Trendnet TV-IP672W Megapixel PTZ cams, and they are quite awesome image quality... Set up a bunch of them indoors, but I need two outdoors... I am looking for a compatible enclosure. Trendnet appears to have a discontinued TV-H400 enclosure, but maybe it works? They specify compatibility only with a few old cameras. But as long as the mount inside fits, I can retrofit the connections whatever is needed. Or can someone suggest a more generic enclosure? Thanks! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Peter_ 2 Posted May 20, 2013 eBay has a bunch of generic ones for foscam ptz's which this looks roughly the same size as. Otherwise companies like videolarm, pelco, and axis all make enclosures - at a high price though, typically several hundred each. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
HiVolt 0 Posted May 24, 2013 Yeah I don't wanna buy a cat in a bag, thats why i'm looking for confirmation... these newer cams are a fair bit taller from the base to the top of the rotating camera "head" so i dont want to buy something that might not have enough room for the head to rotate and tilt and hit the plastic glass...
