My only question is when we purchase the back boxes for these, do they include all of the boards, etc. to install the PTZ itself, or is this something additional that would need to be purchased? If you order any "SD" model (SD423xxxx, SD429xxxx or SD436xxxx), you get the complete package: Dome Drive, Back Box and Lower Dome (bubble). You can also order each component separately (DD4xxxx = Dome Drive, BB4xxxx (Back Box) and LDxxxx (Lower Dome (Bubble and Trim Ring)). msimps6 0 Posted May 16, 2013 I have the same issue. I already have some PTZ's (attached), but I want to make sure that I just need the back box and bubble. Do all of the boards, mounts, etc. come inside of the back box when it is new so that the camera can clip in with the red/blue mounts and be functional?
