Camera with 3G/4G Support

I have a few sites that either don't have a building with an Internet Provider or no access to Line of Site wireless.

 

I see Brickcom has some camera's with 3G support.

 

Does anyone else have any models with this support for 3G or 4G?

Is this 3G and 4G connection from your cell phone provider? If yes, some smartphones allow for tethering or creating a Wi-Fi Hotspot with your 3G or 4G connection, does your phone have this option?

No I want a camera that has a SIM card so I don't need to plug into network. I have power but no network is possible.

 

I don't expect to stream HD but something

There are many routers that support 3G connection. I do not remember the model, but I have a TP-Link nano router where I can connect a 3G USB stick, and make a DVR, IP camera, etc. uses a 3G connection. I did a few tests, and it worked great. The nano router is powered with 5V, so I could even power it from a USB port on the DVR.
