ARGUS xad 401 remote internet viewing

hi i am completely new to the forums let alone setting up a DVR.

 

Basically, the security cam works just fine and i can connect to it when connected via LAN. I use X-IRS dvr viewing software to view the stream on my laptop.

 

My question is.. how do i set it up so that i can view the stream at home?
