ACTi E53 "Blue Screen"

Hi All,

 

At least once or twice a day, my ACTi E53 camera does not send out any video. Every time it happaned, its web page shown the Troubleshooting page. I normally pick the option 1. One time, I picked the option 3 and re-did all the settings (really pain), it worked for few days.

 

I do feel that every time I upgrade a new firmware, I have to set the camera from the factory settings.

 

Did anyone have the same problem?

 

Running firmware: A1D-500-V6.03.17-AC.
