DB15 Pinout for PC Based CCTV capture card

Hello all you clever people. I need help. A client of mine has a IntoTech PC Based CCTV system(16CH) with only one set of connections. I either need to find another harnes for the additional cameras or make one. Making one seems easier.

Does anyone have any idea of the pinout
