no picture with a clinton ce-cc 115 camera

Hi to all new member.

I have two Clinton cameras using a 12 volt dc power supply and high quality coax cable

I have tried the cameras on two different HD monitors but fail to get a picture the only thing on screen is a lot of static, any help would be appreciated
