Weatherproof DVR Lockbox

Looking for weatherproof and air conditioned lockbox for DVR that will be at remote entrance gate. Only electrical available at the gate. Temps get into 120 F.

May have to add a closed loop AC unit to a NEMA enclosure...Here is a link of some interesting stuff.
