offsidezzz 0 Posted June 13, 2013 my office have an avtech DVR with 16 channels. yesterday my staff change the dvr date because the date not in the right time, then appear warning that will clean hdd, and my staff hit the OK button. and everyone know that will erase my data inside the hdd. i really need data from that hdd, how can i restore data? help me thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SectorSecurity 0 Posted June 18, 2013 You need data recovery tools, what they did was format the hard drive this is not the same as erasing the hard drive, you need to take it to someone that specializes in data recover, depending on where you are located I may be able to help you. bushmaster 0 Posted July 23, 2013 Even with data recovery your chances of actually getting the recordings are slim to none. I've been down that road half a dozen times with a 100 % failure rate.
