gemtec security 0 Posted June 17, 2013 Hi all i have a little problem the dvr had its software on a disk on module (dom) and this has failed i have been trying for 3 weeks to get the software from the dvr manufacturer cop security and they don't support it any more , Nice of them. and refuse to help me with this. has anyone got a linux dom unit they could copy a iso image of or have the linux os software for this dvr (dvr model is 15-dvr16rt or xp series dvr) I have searched on the net for the software and cant find it and cop security are really not helpful even though we bought over a 100 of there dvrs over the years. so if anyone can help i don't mind even having to pay for the software.
