noob247 0 Posted June 21, 2013 I've been reading good things about both makes. Does anyone favour one over the other? I live in Thailand and I can source Hikvison cams from China, but it's a bit of a risk if customs grab the package. However, I have found a dealer of Acti cameras in Bangkok, so would prefer to use Acti. Just wondering if it's worth the risk for the Hikvision cams, or I should go for Acti. buellwinkle 0 Posted June 21, 2013 Pretty close but then there's warranty and service and I haven't worked with Hikvision long enough to comment as they are fairly new in the U.S. market with their own brand.
