ACTi ENR-1000 + KCM7911

I've found the ENR-1000 firmware to be missing quite a few options from NVR 3.0.

I have a problem that I hope someone can help me soon.

 

I have a KCM-7911 connected to the ENR-1000.

KCM-7911 settings: Single stream: H.264 , 1920x1080, Frame rate 12.

 

I have it all working and can view the camera through the NVR using internet explorer.

When I try and connect to the NVR using the ipod touch, I don't get a connection to the NVR.

The ipod touch successfully connects to a GNR-2000, NVR 3,0 running on windows 7. ENR-1000 is having troubles it seems.

 

Anything special about the ENR-1000, am I missing a setting?

The new ACTi nvrs do not support their mobile apps yet, I was told by tech support. They said that the next firmware update will fix this. I hope so.

I have tried the new firmware and it fixes the mobile app connection issues. But right now I am having troubles exporting video files.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
