i have a impaq model dvr and monitor in fcc 3 channels in dark clarity but in guard house we view the same dvr through cms software have gud clarity..i dont know what is the reason??

This is not a text message nor twitter, you are not limited to 160 characters, the forum leaves you more then enough characters to spell gud the correct way (good)

 

If you are saying you have a bad image on the local monitor and not through CMS then this would mean the problem is with the monitor not with the cameras. Try adjusting the brightness and contrast on your monitor.

 

Is your monitor connected through VGA, D-SUB, HDMI? Perhaps there is some interference or something.
