KGuard says disk full but I have 500GB free

Hello Folks!

 

I just installed KGuard SHA-104.V2 DVR 4CH with firmware V2.6.0-20130212 with 1TB harddisk inside and 16GB USB stick.

After 7 days in operation, it stops recording, indicating H but disk has 500GB + free diskspace.

 

I did restart the device, factory reset but problem remains.

Finally I decided to format the harddisk and thereby loosing all recorded happenings, then all was back to normal again.

 

I did check the harddisk, there is no whatsoever any problem with it.

 

Another bad thing is that I can not find any place to save the device settings, very annoying since all DVR:s are tuned to not give to many false positive alarms.

 

But what about the harddisk bug in the KGuard, anyone who have any solution to it ?
