noob247 0 Posted July 3, 2013 I just received my new ACTi KCM-5511, but I can't login in to the web config. My IP settings are correct and I've tried 3 different browsers, all with the same results. All I can see at the top of the page is Web Configurator, but no login at all. - See attached pic. Can anyone help? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
noob247 0 Posted July 3, 2013 OK resolved it. The only way to view this cam is with IE10 set to compatibility mode - which sucks. It doesn't work in Chrome or Firefox at all. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
