ip cam footage in live view getting delayed

ip cam footage in live view getting delayed than actual object movement and the object moving like slow motion in the movie

What could be the problem

This is either a framerate problem or your network speed is not enough to handle the traffic.

The other camera like mobotix has doesn't have this problem , so it probably not an issue of network .

And if it is a frame rate issue ,sequence of image should be lost ?.
