Have you set the DVR with a static IP? Have you figured out what your external IP address is? Have you mapped a DDNS to your external IP? Have you tested remote access on the local LAN to see if it works? Are you getting a popup or an error when trying to access from your smartphone? Are you using an app on your smartphone or just trying to view it through a web browser on your smart phone? There is more to it then just someone telling you how to do it, we need to know about your network setup and what steps you have tried and any errors you may be getting.
