statirasystems 0 Posted July 8, 2013 We are on GeoVision. All of the sudden all the PTZ stopped functioning. I purchased a GV-COM v2 to replace the old one but the issue is still there. I hooked up my laptop via the usb device and still nothing. Can they all go bad at once? The camera itself is still working just the PTZ stopped. Dontheo 0 Posted July 9, 2013 I am not sure of the camera and what it looks like, but sometimes the PTZ function of the camera has it's own power supply. I would look at the camera and how it is wired. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Dontheo 0 Posted July 9, 2013 Ok i looked at it. Did you check your USB port? If you put in a new module and upgraded the drivers, and you have video but control at any of the cameras, i would first look to the USB. Try a different one and one you know is working.
