problem with ddns.eagleeyes.tw

i have problem and i hope i am putting in right forum (kindly correct me if it is a wrong place for it). the proble is with eagleeyes dynamic dns. i am using AV-Tech AVN252 out door ip cameras, 16 in total. the registration is done with eagleeyes dynamic dns.

 

i can access the cameras with external ip and port number in web browser but when i try to access the camera through url hostname, the browser time out and i get an error page.

 

when i run the ping comand or tracert command it goes properly.

 

i can put a live example for diagnosis, if forum allows.
